    Hi Morten

    Reboot your router - wait 5 minutes, reboot the VAULT, wait 5 minutes then relaunch the App after closing it.

    If problems persist, please e-mail support@bluesound.com as to why network traffic is being blocked on your router. Please include the make and model of the router, and if it is provided by your Internet Service Provider, the ISP name and your country and region.
