Vaullt 2 does not show up

My vault 2 has not been detectable for a while. It may be because of the recent upgrade - i don't know.
I have performed a factory reset and the player connects to ethenet i think - it shows a solid blue - but is undetectable both from pc and different android devices.
Please advice!

Reboot your router - wait 5 minutes, reboot the VAULT, wait 5 minutes then relaunch the App after closing it.
If problems persist, please e-mail support@bluesound.com as to why network traffic is being blocked on your router. Please include the make and model of the router, and if it is provided by your Internet Service Provider, the ISP name and your country and region.
