Updated Bluos 3.18.2 fails to setup / connect to NAD C368 Bluos 2i)
AnsweredHi,
After updating the Bluos desktop app (Mac) to version 3.18.1 (two days ago) and now 3.18.2. I lost all connectivity with my NAD C368 amplifier (Bluos 2i module).
I have reset the Bluos on the amplifier twice already and was able to restore the wifi connection and the player can now be used via airplay. (YouTube etc.)
I use Tidal however and I cannot get it to work with Tidal Connect (Server issues) I believe this is because of the connectivity issues with Bluos.
The upgraded app is able to find the player on the network but states it "needs setup". This setup however continuously fails, while the app is endlessly "Looking for upgrade"
I have got no idea how to fix this.
Is anyone experiencing similar issues?
Thanks

Hi Jasper,
Try renaming your player in BluOS and see if that helps with Tidal.
If the above does not help, send support request using the BluOS app, BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request.

Hi Mark,
I can rename it in the 2nd step of the "setup player" but then in the next step Bluos is stuck with "Looking for upgrade" (Please wait while BluOS checks for the most recent firmware update)
I can see the amp in my player but it states C368 needs setup.
The name changes but it does not solve the problem. I will contact BluOS
Thanks,
