Shuffling songs on Node 2.

I have my stored songs on a USB attached to the Node 2.  When I use the Bluos app on my iPhone, I mostly set to shuffle songs from the USB.  I also use Tidal to stream.  When I am shuffling USB songs and listening, occasionally streamed Tidal songs play as well.  Why is this happening when I have chosen the USB as source, and can I stop it from doing that?

  You probably haven't cleared your Play Queue before you select the USB source.

  Thanks, clearing the Play Queue helped a lot.

  Now though, I cannot get my songs to shuffle.  Pressing the shuffle button has no effect, the songs play alphabetically anyways.

  While the play queue is open, does pressing the shuffle button make any difference in the way the playlist is sorted?
