Optical input missing (Node 2i)

Hi,

the optical input option for my Node 2i is missing in the list of sources in the Bluesound app.

I tried several times changing cables, updating hardware, disconnecting the power source, restating all elements, but impossible to find the optical input in the list of sources. It worked well over two years, but all of a sudden the optical input source option disappeared.

I use the app on iPad / iPhone.

  Hi Phils,
  
  1. Double check and make sure that you are plugging into OPTICAL IN / ANALOG IN.
  2. It is good that you have replaced the cable but do you see any light coming out of it? (Please don't look directly at it, point it towards your hand and see if you see red light)
  3. Have you confirmed that the source is producing sound?
