How to choose between MQA and a lossless format when streaming from Tidal?

I do not want to stream from Tidal using the lossy MQA format. I want to stream with a lossless format. How do I set this up or select it at playback?

In the Bluesound app ensure you do not select an Album with the MQA logo, in the past Tidal connect was an option but that now sends MQA.
For ease of use you may want to downgrade your subscription to the Tidal HiFi plan or look at an alternative service such as Qobuz which does not stream MQA but has high resolution tracks.
