Hi, I have the Same Problem now. But IT seems that the development Department did not found a solution for two years now. Please let me know Something new.

    Hi Michael

Your issue is unrelated and has to do with changes Amazon is making to their Music Tiers. Please log out of Amazon from the Music Tab, Music Services, Manage. Select Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your Player. Once the Player returns to a blue LED in ready mode, log back into the title from the Manage Music Services menu. This will reset your Amazon Profile on BluOS and reflect Amazon's changes.

    Hi Tony,
this does Not Work. With Amazon Music it there ist no Option to add to the Amazon Favorites or e.g there is No Option "Go to Album". This is Not what i have expected in a Amazon Integration. AS the Node 130 dont Support Upnp IT IS also No Option to Play music directly from the Amazon App.

Hi, I see the same issues. Can’t add favourites from Amazon Music. When selecting favourites in BluOS the only options is see are Tidal, Library and Tunein. Amazon music Flac sounds great through BluOS on my Nad M10, but it’s just impossible to make sense of it. Also, what does add preset mean when selecting options when playing a file through Amazon Music? Streaming to the M10 from the Amazon app only works via Airplay, which is not capable of transmitting the lossless Amazon content. What a mess….

Amazon Music will vary significantly based on your tier level. AmazonPrime will only have access to music streams and be very limited on on-demand content.

Amazon Music will also vary significantly between regions. Access to content and features in the US may not be the same in The UK or Canada.

Check your Amazon account for details...

So I'm subscribed to Amazon Music Unlimited.  Just received my Bluesound Node 2024 version today which  sounds absolutely wonderful.  The BlueOS software updated automatically on connection and the app is easy enough to navigate.

But yea, nowhere to save Amazon Music Unlimited content as favorites by song or album in the BlueOS Controller app. This functionality works fine for local music files.

A setting to enable music favorites wouldn't be on Amazon's side as a user accessible setting.

It would come down to whether or not Bluesound can add the feature or not and a much appreciated reply from Product Support would be to let us know how to submit such a feature request.

If we can set music favorites from Amazon in any windows based browser, surely the BlueOS app can be updated to emulate that functionality.  Thank you.
