Bluos cannot find nad c368 + mdc bluos 2i

Hi, I have a problem, With bluos app on android and windows didnt show nad c368 + mdc bluos 2i

The problem occurs both when I connect the LAN to the card and on the wifi, I tried on 2 different routers, different internet providers, Unfortunately, the application does not find the hardware in any case,

I also have a node 2i which works perfectly on the same internet connection and with the same router

Mdc version 3.18.7

NAD version Main 1.64 Vfd 1.21 Bt 1.26

Mdc with no problem obtain IP adresses

Anyone have any advice?
