Please log out and log back into TIDAL in the BluOS App. If problems persist, you will have to contact TIDAL.

Tidal ask me to contact you for support. So, back to you.

Help, Send Support Request and our Support Crew can take a closer look if TIDAL is claiming your account does not support MQA

Playback in Tidal is maxed at hifi, yet Tidal Connect to Bluesound and Tidal in BluOS app show and play mqa.

Have started a ticket to dig deeper. :)

For anyone else following this thread, it is not account specific, rather the information from Tidal on certain songs in "CD Quality" has mqa encoded data that Bluesound is detecting.

Thanks to Siedrick and the Bluesound support crew for the swift reply!
