Trouble with C700 and ARC
AnsweredBeen having issues with ARC from time to time ever since I got my C700. ARC sometimes loses connection and I have to reboot for it to work again. This time though it's totally unresponsive and the play button on the phone is just buffering. I've tried reinstalling BluOS and factory reset but nothing works. Spotify and radio works fine. Anyone with similar issues?

Try replacing the HDMI cable first to test. If that does not work, send us a support request using the BluOS app and we will gladly help you solve the problem.
