    Hi Ray,

Can you confirm that your have the most up-to-date firmware of controller and player? If yes, can you send us a support ticket using the BluOS App, BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request. This way we can review the log files of your devices.

    Thanks for #LivingHiFi

I have already done this with your support. Yes I can confirm again that I have the latest firmware and updates. They also have 2 diagnostic reports. If you Check with your support you will see all of this.

I can't find your ticket in your name. Can you provide me with the ticket number so I can take a look?

Same problem here with Powernode. It's appalling when you ruin the equipment with crappy updates! Never ever a Bluesound product!

    Hi Fredrik

Chances are something has happened to your Qobuz account, but to err on the side of caution here, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so we may see a copy of your event log. Our Support Crew will then reach out directly to you.

I had this problem, never got resolved, so after the month contract finished I went to Tidal, no problems at all, I also have used Deezer for 3 months without any issue.

I came across, on a UK based Hifi forum, quite a few others who were having the same issues with the Node and Qobuz.

There is a solution, you need a router (many ISP routers don't allow you to do this) that you can change to Google or Cloudflare, the issue is DNS addresses, if they change when streaming music then it stops. Everyone who has done this change has fixed this issue with Qobuz. The strange thing is, I only had this issue after a BluOs update, before I never had an issue. Thought I would update this, in case others are having problems with streaming Qobuz on BluOs.
