    Please send us a support request using your BluOS app, BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request. This way, we can investigate the log files for your devices.

    I did try but everytime I sent a request it said I had to put in region and email which I had done, it then deleted the content of the request. I tried a few times before giving up. I did email this issue as well. Thanks
