Mumbled playback Pulse Soundbar+

Looking for some help. I sporadically get very mumbled playback on the Pulse Soundbar which is connected via HDMI to a TV. The TV identifies the Soundbar, enables eARC and plays, however the voice and music is slow, deep, and extremely mumbled. I can remedy this with a reboot of the Soundbar, but not what I want for daily play. I have tried to isolate the problem by - checking wireless network strength on TV and Soundbar - both excellent. Replacing HDMI cable - happens on multiple cables of all quality. Using a different Soundbar with the source - does not happen. And using various Apps on the TV, video, TV apps, Music apps, etc. - all have the same symptom until a reboot of the Soundbar occurs. Pulse Soundbar is 2 days old, current firmware, and when it works properly sounds great. Hate to have to return it but the setup just isn't working. Wanted to stay with Bluesound ecosystem but if I cannot remedy this will need to switch to another platform. Please help if you can, thanks in adavnce

  I have this exact same issue.  AppleTV 4k into an LG C1.  eARC support enabled.  It seemed to not happen when I did not enable eARC support on the TV, but then I got stuttering in my surround channels during Dolby ATMOS playback.  Have there been any updates since May?

  Having the same issue at a Clients property. He has to reboot the unit several times to get it working properly. Also theres a delay of the soundbar detecting the TV or vice-versa, where sound comes out from the TV for some seconds and then through the soundbar.

  I have a small clip of the "slowmotion" issue occouring.
