BluOs stopped recognizing NODE player after working fine for a month
AnsweredAfter working great for a month, I can no longer access the device from my iPhone. The Node is connected to bluetooth on the phone, is connected to ethernet and is active on my network - but I cannot locate the device on the phone anymore. Tried the app on a chromebook and it can't find the device either, and it shows as connected to bluetooth. Anyone else?

Hi Greg,
If its just your iPhone that is having discovery issues, I suggest for you try enabling the airplane mode for about 15 seconds and then disabling it back. Once the connection to wifi is re-established, try BluOS again.
But you have multiple devices that are having discovery issues so I suggest performing a network reboot. If that does not work, please send us a support request to support@bluesound.com
Thanks for #LivingHiFi -
I had reset our mesh router system without any results. When I reset the MODEM the problem was resolved. Thanks.
