C658 doesn't upgrade bluos firmware to version 3.18.7

Hye,

NAD C658 begin's to upgrade bluos to 3.18.7 by bluetooth, and it takes three steps till 100 percent, but when restarted, doesn't find USB external HDD on app, and shows again available update. When try to update, shows error "Stage 1 Error 1" on display of amp. Any ideas? Thanks.

  Hi Tomas

  We were experiencing a minor service disruption with our upgrade server today but service has been fully restored. Feel free to power down the player for 10 seconds and power it back up using the back panel switch or unplugging it. You will not damage the player and it will fully recover.
