    Hi Patrick

    I have escalated your request to our Support Crew - They will be in touch via e-mail to help troubleshoot.

    In the meantime, if the LED (light on the player) is blue, you are connected, please kill and relaunch the App. If it is green or flashing green - you are not connected, please unplug the Player for 5 seconds and try again.

    Hi many thanks for your quick reply.

    Based on your input and as the light was effectively blue , I killed the Iphone app. uninstalled and reinstalled it. It solved everything.
