Remote service error: TIDAL subscription not active
AnsweredIt says to login to TIDAL online and verify the status of my account. Which I have done a number of times. Blu OS still gives the same error, ad infinitum. While researching I saw something about Bluesound login. I may have logged into Bluesound using my Google account originally because when I tried to login using my email credentials it didn’t recognize me. So I created a Bluesound account using my email address, then deleted and reinstalled Blu OS on my iPad (I am using iPhone and iPad for access). After reinstallation, the app automatically recognized my device, I believe, based on prior logins - related to Google account. And I see no way to logout and then log of Blu OS and then log back in to try to connect to TIDAL within the Blu OS app.
I just need Blu OS to play with TIDAL. I mean, why else should I even have Blu OS installed in the first place? We don’t need it to use TIDAL, Spotify, Prime Music, etc. outside the app, anyway.

Hi Wiliam,
The issue you are experiencing with Tidal seems to be have cleared/fixed from Tidal servers.
If you are still having issues, please logout, reboot your player/s, and the log back in.
Thanks for #LivingHiFi -

Hi Nick,
The issue from last week came directly from Tidal servers which they have cleared.
If you are still having issues, please logout, reboot your player/s, and the log back in. If that does not work, please send support request using your BluOS App, BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request.
Thanks for #LivingHiFI0
