NODE N100 issue after interrupted upgrade

an AC interruption occured during my NODE N100 upgrade. It is now stuck in red light status, and I have tried a factory reset without success.
I understand that the next option is to try a manual USB stick upgrade. For this, I requested a download link, filled the form...etc. however the email does never go through to by inbox (I tried several times, several mailboxes...). Can someone provide me with a direct link to a working N100 firmware please?
