After installing Windows controller 3.18.0, I can no longer control all of my NAD CI580V2 zones. After reboot, controller hangs on startup
AnsweredDoes anyone else have this problem? Only 3 of my 7 NAD CI580 V2 zones appear in the Windows desktop app. They all still appear correctly on my iOS apps, so it appears to be a problem specific to the windows controller. A picture of what that looks like is here:
I did some hard reboots of BluOS devices on my network, and now the Windows controller won't startup at all. After the "looking for players" wheel stops spinning, it just hangs here:
As usual, Bluesound support has been completely useless, so I'm hopeful someone recognizes this issue and can offer some tips. Thanks!

HI Craig
Reboot your router. Wait 5 minutes. Restart your BluOS Players. If problems persist, please e-mail support@bluos.net.

Doesn't work - engaged with support who confirms there are Windows and MacOS controller problems after the update to 3.18.0 controller and 3.18.7 BluOS.
