    Please try a network reset;

    • Reboot your router
    • Wait 5 minutes
    • Reboot your Bluesound Players
    • Toggle Airplane Mode on your smartphone or tablet from off to on then back to off

    This will clear the network cached addresses in your router. If problems persist, e-mail us at support@bluesound.com and our Support Crew will assist with more 1:1 troubleshooting unique to your environment.
