Icons smaller than usual all of a sudden

All of a sudden - just started today - the icons throughout the app are significantly smaller than usual. The album and channel icons within sections like TuneIn, Amazon, etc., are so tiny I can barely see them. I have a couple screencaps, but don't see a way to upload them. Did something change in the app in a very recent app update?

  I have escalated your request to our Support Crew as they will be asking for more details such as the make/model of your Smartphone or Tablet.

  We have made no major design changes this go-round so we want to take a closer look here.
