Replace vault 2i internal HD to SSD?

Does anyone know, or has tried replacing the internal 2g HD of the Vault 2i to a 2g internal SSD instead? Makes sense to do this if it can be done..

  There has been a few posts of swapping the drive on older models on this and the older forum. Obviously should only be done if out of warranty. I recall that you need to format the drive to EXT4 but from what I read it was an easy job and Googling finds 2i users have replaced the drive.
