Where are my BluOS players in TIDAL Connect?
AnsweredHi,
Tidal connect does not show any of my BluOS players. I have tried to split my home network and put my iPhone onto the 2.4GHz network, but still not successful. Some of my players are wired and some are wifi. None of them show up in my Tidal connect list.
Help.

Hi JP,
If restarting your entire network appliance (modem, router, switch, and access points) does not help. You can also try renaming your BluOS Player/s.
If nothing helps, send support request using the BluOS App, BluOS APP >> Help >> Send Support Request. A member of our support team will reach out to you shortly after.

Have seen this before, when Tidal Connect no longer shows players and later in the day it does, that was a Tidal issue.
Start with powering off your Bluesound players and the reboot your Router, once it’s up an running then power on your Bluesound devices. At this point close the Tidal app on your device (swiping away / ensuring it’s shut) and try again.
If this does not help then log a support ticket using the Bluesound App… Help…Send Support Request.

Turns out it was a setting in Tidal app to “access local network”. Enabled it and poof! All my players appeared. Thanks for the helpful suggestions though.
