Connectivity issues for all sources pulse flex 2i
AnsweredI have three pulse flex 2i players with which I’m usually very satisfied.
However, from time to time I experience severe connectivity issues.
- WiFi: sometimes one or more devices are not connected (not shown in the app) or the connection is going off. I live in Sudan, which has very poor internet connectivity, so I’m not surprised. However, any advice on how to stabilise the connection in these circumstances would be appreciated.
- analog input: if I plug in Aux and connect to phone/computer, there is no sound (yes I checked the volume on both devices). I also don’t see it mentioned as a source in the app. What to do?
- Bluetooth connection is quite poor usually, which I don’t understand as it works great with a separate dedicated Bluetooth speaker. What could be the issue here?
Thanks!

In regards to your WiFi issue. Please send support request using the BluOS app, BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request. In the brief description field please enter exactly as typed the following string (lowercase and with the underscores); _alldiscovered_
About the AUX source from your mobile phone or computer. Make sure that AUX is selected as source in BluOS app. One tip that I can offer is to assign one preset to select AUX as source.
Thanks for living HiFi!
