    This a starting to look like a possible HW issue. So far I am very very unimpressed with BlueSound as a whole. The UI looks like it was made by a third grader. Not sure how these sell for $600.

    Temporarily run an Ethernet cable from the Node to your router, you will then be able to enter the Wi-Fi credentials using the Bluesound App.

    Likely that your router needs some settings changed so if the above does not help drop Bluesound an email to 

    support@bluesound.com
