    Hi Ian

    Unplug your router, wait 5 minutes, restart your Bluesound Player, wait 5 more minutes, and relaunch the App.

    If problems persist or return next time you power down your NODE (which is not necessary) - please e-mail our Support Crew at support@bluesound.com so they can have a closer look as to why the router is preventing traffic from your App to the Player
