Skipping or Jitter?
AnsweredI use Qobuz for streaming my music to my system.
Lately I noticed that when I start a song the only way I can describe what’s happening is that it sounds like a cd is skipping with a very slight disruption in the song like a hump but keeps playing its so small that unless you know the song you may not notice.
Now sometimes it skips like above but it plays a little part of the song that it just played.
I have my Bluesound Node setup as a DHCP reservation and do that for devices that don’t allow static IP but prefer a static ip on about any device that sits constantly.
Ideas?
I haven’t tried replacing the CAT6 cable from the wall to the Netgear Switch and CAT6 from the switch to the Bluesound Node.
I have CAT6 hardwired running everywhere in the house.
I have my library also to try out but lately I can’t seem to keep it accessible on my Mac since some old update that bluesound says it’s apple thing. But I can access it for a few days and then it does away. I’ve basically given up. 🤷🏻♂️

Hi Todd
Please select Help, Send Support Request so our Support Crew may take a closer look but it sounds like the Netgear may be slowing or blocking traffic.
