Booted off Amazon Unlimited - support useless
AnsweredAll was working fine until today. Now my Node 2i won't connect to Amazon Unlimited. Trying to logout and re-login results Amazon giving this error message when I'm asked to allow Blusound:

Power off your Node, then power cycle your Router. Once the Router is fully up and working then turn on your Node. Try again with logging out and re-enter your Amazon credentials.
If this does not help and you have the know how change the routers DNS entries to Google (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4)
Beyond that log another support ticket with Bluesound.
PS working fine here in the UK

keep getting an error message that my Amazon account needs to be updated. However, it is current and Amazon tells me the problem is with the Bluesound app. I have tried deleting and reinstalling both apps. Also tried rebooting. Nothing works. This problem only started in the last few weeks. Before that, it played fine. What can I do. I have a ticket open with you but it never keeps resolved even though I keep getting a email from someone named Kellie telling me it is resolved.
