incorrect artwork

I recently changed out servers and moved my collection to my new server.  I added the new share and reindexed my collection and now about half of my collection has incorrect artwork and I'm not sure why..I've gone into my server folders and each folder has the correct artwork and each file has the correct artwork assigned to the file. but when I run it on my controller it seems like at least half if not more has incorrect artwork.  I have tried reloading artwork and that didn't fix anything.  in fact most of my album artwork is embeded into the file itself and not as a JPG in the album folder.  There are a few like that but most are just embedded into the FLAC file.
