    Check your router settings:

    1. Multicast (mDNS) Enabled - Required for Bluesound Player Discovery
    2. Dual Banding Disabled - Connect everything on 2.4 GHz band (if you are not using Ethernet cable for your Bluesound players)
    3. QoS Disabled - Will cause certain traffic to be prioritized and potentially cause unfavorable traffic between your players and app
    4. DHCP Server Enabled - Required to assign IP Address to each Bluesound Player
    5. IGMP Snooping Enabled - To prevent Multicast traffic from being seen as malicious traffic

    If you are still having issues, send a support request using BluOS app; BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request. Make sure you provide us with the make and model of your networking appliance for us to get a better idea of your network environment.
