Stereo Pair fixed group issues
AnsweredHi, I invested in 3 flex plus and a node last year having had enough of Sonos.
I get on really well with the blusound gear, but have an ongoing issue.
2 of my flex plus are in a stereo Pair. Whenever I group this fixed pair to another player, one of the stereo Pair goes missing leading to the stereo Pair separating.
I have recreated the stereo Pair again after ungrouping the other players.
Any ideas what's going on?

Something does sound off here but our Support Crew will need to take a closer look. Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App. In the brief description field please enter exactly as typed the following string (lowercase and with the underscores);

This will send us the log files to all your players so we can check if there is a buffering or timing error.
