Only BluOS Enabled devices are the only players that will show in BluOS app.

From doing a quick search, Sennheiser have an OS of their own - Sennheiser (sennheiser-hearing.com)

    Thank you for the answer.
It means i have no way to have a MultiRoom system via BluOS then.
What are the other solutions supported by NAD Device? Any advice for an alternative?

The Bluesound Soundbar+ would give you a multi-room sound-bar that integrates into BluOS. Beyond Bluesound hardware there are other manufacturers who have or are integrating BluOS

Well, that solution answers the problem the other way around : changing the hardware (which is not really wanted)
When the actual times would be more going into a "generic" way of connecting devices for multi room.
So i would go for changing the software/App instead.

You can use Tidal, Spotify, or Apple's native app and connect to either the NAD 758 v3i or your soundbar.
