Does a different coax cable produce better sound?

I have my new Node connected to my SMSL DAC with a (30 dollars) coax cable.

I read in a couple of forums that using a more expensive cable will results in better (more detailed) sound.

As I don't want to spend money just to experiment, has anyone tried different coax cables and experienced better sound?

Please advise.
