Can't unlock fixed output
AnsweredFor a period of time I have had my volume set to fixed. I would like to go variable with the iOS app on my phone but I can't seem to unlock the icon. I've switched off tone controls and the Fixed Output Level but it leaves me with no sound. The slider moves but sound is still muted. Has something changed with recent updates. I tried to recycle my node 2i but it didn't help. I've noticed that the volume controls act the same way using the Bluos app on my Mac as well.
Appreciate any suggestions Thanks Bill

Hi Bill
In the BluOS App, under Settings, Audio, select Reset All.
If that does not work, locate your NODE's IP address under Help, Diagnostics. Visit that IP Address in a web browser and from the onboard page, select Audio, Reset All.
If that does not work, please drop us a note at support@bluesound.com so we may take a closer look.

Hi Bill, nothing I am aware of that would stop you switching to variable output on a 2i, suggest that you check for any updates then if all current remove the power for a good 10 minutes to see if this helps.
Beyond that a factory reset might have to be performed but if you only have the one Bluesound device your login credentials for music services will have to be entered in again and make sure you backup your playlist to a USB memory stick.
