BluOS Modul vs. Powernode

Dear Bluesound-Team, I think about to buy me the new NAD C399 mith that new MDC 2 BluOs-D Modul. Actually i own a Powernode N330, which is a real God-given Device. And now the special Question.... How is the MDC Module working ? So the new C399 has his own DAC (ESS Sabre) which should be great. Do the BluOS Modules have their own DACs, or is the complete Streaming using the internal DAC from the C399 then ?

  The No, the MDC2-BLuOS D does not have their own DAC. The MDC2-BluOS D provides BluOS audio streaming, Subwoofer bass management and Dirac Audio processing for the NAD C399.

  Thx for your Response, that helps a lot. So then the Ess Sabre should do all the DAC Job. I think i will give the C399 a try (if it ships to Germany).
