Help for Frenchies ?

Hello, I am French and I just bought the Node2021, I have some issues using it with an Iphone but I can't get any help in French (no hotlines or anything?), that is pity for French buyers.

So I will try my best in English : I subscribed to Tidal but I realized that I can't control volume with the Iphone's physical buttons, and there's no shortcut to enter the BluOs directly, so everytime I want to make a change (volume, play, stop), I have to get into the App ? The only possibility is to listen to Apple Music via AirPlay, but in this case, am I losing quality ?
