[Old Node 2] Solid red light
Dear customer support,
when I got up this morning, I tried turning on the music in the living room. The app was unable to connect, the player shows a solid red light.
I tried a factory reset, but it doesn't work. Also tried a manual usb firmware upgrade. Also no response. Light still solid red.
What should I do? Is it physically broken? Is it a software problem? Can I send the Node 2 somewhere?
Many people seem to have this problem. Please advise.
