    Hi,

Please select PCM as the audio format for Digital Output and HDMI Input in your Samsung's Audio settings.

If you are still having issues, please send a support request email to support@bluesound.com or use the BluOS app BluOS App >> Help >> Send Support Request

    Hi Dieter,

I had the same problems over and over again. Causes are multiple:

TV and Soundbar do not make 'the handshake'. Solution according to Samsung Tech: unplug TV and soundbar. FIRST plug -in power of soundbar and wait until it is fully 'up'. THEN plug in power of Samsung. I had to do that on a near daily basis. One of the reasons being that the Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) does not 'stick'.
Going for the above mentioned solution, PCM audio, works like a charm, however you then do not have Dolby Atmos. That was one of my reasons to go for this soundbar (Atmos).
My dealer let me try all kind of options, which meant 3 different bluesound soundbars. No result. Problem lies with the TV and the 'HDMI handshake', and keeping the HDMI eARC connection between that and the soundbar.

Lastly, if you do want to enjoy dolby atmos, make sure you have a HDMI cable which is good enough. You will find you are in need of a HDMI 2.1 cable.

    Good luck Henk
As a result I was allowed to swap my Samsung for a LG TV. So far so good.
