Bluesound - Tunify

Dear,

On a customer site a Bluesound node is used wit a Tunify subscription. But every once in a while, audio plying stops and message is displayed :

" Player notification
Error: Connection reset bij peer
Tunify:/calendar:34685
           OK "

What is causing these ?
