    Hi Larry,

    First, double-check your iPad BluOS settings. Within your iOS settings and under the apps section for BluOS specifically, there should be an option you can enable labeled as BluOS discovery OR local network discovery.


    Second, you can also try enabling the Airplane mode on your iPad for 30 seconds and then try again.

    Third, make sure your iPad and Bluesound players are on the same network (not guest).

    Fourth, restart your whole networking devices such as router, switch, ap's, and/or powerline adapters.

    Last, if none of the suggestions worked. Send support requests through the BluOS app.
