Players has disappeared from BluOS app
AnsweredHi,
I have several flex speakers and soundbar installed and now they have disappeared from the BluOS app.
It started on my iPhone after a upgrade to 15.3.1, might not be related, its a feeling. The iPad blues app could still access the speakers. Since I have auto upgrade on for the os, the same issue has occurred on the iPad. :{
3PP apps (e.g. Spotify) on the same iOS devices finds the players and I can stream from them to the speakers, so it is only the BluOS app that can’t connect to the players.
My troubleshooting:
- Verified that BluOS could access the local network
- Verified that I’m on the same Wi-Fi-network (over-kill, since Spotify works)
- Rebooted app
- rebooted iOS device
- Uninstalled the BluOS app and re installed it (only done on the iPhone), effect: it looks like I do not have any speakers.
Is there Any more troubleshooting steps I can do?
Info:
BluOS Help information: ”ios-app: 3.16.2 BluOs (null)”
iOS version: 15.3.1
Note: since I can’t find my speakers from the iOS app, I can’t verify the flex speakers applications version. However, last time open my BluOs app, the speakers was updated (January -2022)
Any suggestions or ideas?
