Node 2i switches input

Hello I have a Node 2i connected to a Krell KAV 300i amplifier with RCA cables. It happens that if the node 2i is playing and I switch off and back again on  the amplifier, the unit immediately switches the out to optical. Is there a setting that avoids the Node to switch output?

  In The Settings menu of the BluOS App, select Player, Customise Sources, Optical and disable Auto Sense...

  Thank you but I have already changed the setting as suggested and the problem is still there.
