Update/Setup Errors

I have been able to update my Powernode 2i, Vault 2i, and Pulse Flex 2i’s over WiFi without any problems. When opening BlueOs today I noticed that the Vault and Pulse Flexes were all trying to update. I eventually saw that all 3 player upgrades had failed. Worse, all 3 seemed to be stuck in upgrade mode (red). After several repeat failures I did a factory reset on one of the Flexes and tried the update process again using an Ethernet connection. The update was successful and I was able to restore the speaker’s WiFi connection but now it will not let me set it up. BluOS finds the speaker but says it needs to be set up, then it begins looking for any updates and ultimately fails. Luckily I did not do a factory reset on the other Flex but just connected the Ethernet and got the upgrade installed without having to go through the setup process like the other one. I still have not found a solution for getting the Vault restored. Any assistance would be appreciated. Not sure why this happened after all this time, especially with 3 of my 4 players.
