Pulse P300 Flashing Red

Hi,

I'm having some trouble with my Pulse P300.

When I plug in the power cord, the led starts up with a solid red for around 30 sec. then it switches to a flashing red.

When I read in the manual, it says flashing red is factory reset is in progress..?

So I thought a full "Factory Reset" might would solve it:

1. Unplug the power of the cord for 10 sec.

2. Pressing and holding the mute button, while connecting the power cord.

3. Releasing the mute button, as the led flashes red.

4. When led ends up in solid green

However, that doesn't work. No matter what I do, it keeps doing the same - nothing :(
