Make sure your Bluesound NODE's firmware is up-to-date. If it is, please send a support request using the BluOS app, Help >> Send Support request. -
Hmmm, I have had the same problem for years from Tidal. I wonder if the OP problem resolved? My firmware up to date.

Our players should not have this issue anymore. Cannot see a support ticket regarding the OP's issue.
Like what I suggested the OP, make sure your Bluesound NODE's firmware is up-to-date which should be 3.1.6.7. If not, perform an update but if it is, send us a support request using the BluOS App, BluOS APP >> Help >> Send Support Request. A member of our support team will reach out shortly after.

My players are old. The newer ones no problems. I hear there were different chipsets. No problems noticed when using Tidal connect. All platers up to date w firmware.
I have a support call this afternoon. Excited.
