Cannot find device with spotify/tidal connect
I have noticed that I really have to unplug my bluesound devices if I no longer see them in the network. Restarting all devices makes no difference (modem, mesh, bluesound nodes), but if I unplug and plug the power back in, I suddenly see the devices again (eg with the spotify or tidal app). I own a node 2i and a node n130. Note I can find both devices via the bluesound app, but not with tidal/spotify connect.

Hi Jeroen,
Please try to go through the following steps to see if you can reestablish Spotify connection with the Bluesound app.
1. Go to your Spotify account page via a web browser
2. Log in on your account
3. Disconnect all devices via the account page (this is a special button to do this)
4. Unplug your router(s), unplug the Bluesound device
5. Wait 60 seconds
6. Restart all devices
7. Log in to Spotify on your (mobile) devices
8. Make connection with Bluesound (Spotify connect)
9. Try again
