Apple Music - doesn't appear

Apple Music shows up as a potential service. I go through the authorization process successfully as evidenced by the attached screenshot. But Apple Music never shows up as a service. My player is an M33, updated to 4.18.18. I've tried controllers on both iOS and MacOS, both 4.18.0.

What's wrong?
