Vault 2i failure

Model: Vault 2i Purchased: 26/11/2019 Location: Son-Video.com, Saint Germain en Laye, France. Failure: My Vault 2i is showing fixed led red light on. Do not appear on BluOs app. Slight "click" sound. Rj45 wire connected, network led blinking. Unplugged completly for 1h. Power plugged again without improvement. Gemini is writing "the problem comes from one of these two components: The Internal Hard Drive (HDD): The repetitive clicking indicates that the hard drive's mechanical arm is stuck or damaged. The Vault 2i can no longer read the BluOS operating system required to boot up. The Power Supply Capacitors: This is a known vulnerability in older Bluesound generations. If the power supply weakens, it cannot deliver enough current for the hard drive to launch, causing this continuous cycle of failed startups." Any advise? Thanks.
