Warning: after install Powernode Volume is 100%
AnsweredYesterday I installed my new Powernode. I already have a Node and I noticed several configuration items from the Node were copied to the Powernode. Great, Tidal present and ready to go... Fortunately I took a look at the Audio settings: it was set at MAX, 100%. That would definitely have destroyed my loudspeakers!
I think the Volume settings from the Node should not be copied to the Powernode...
By the way, I am very happy with the Powernode. Brilliant device.

Hi Jappa,
Make sure your POWERNODE's firmware is up-to-date (3.16.7). If it is and still experiencing issues, send a support request using BluOS app Help >> Send Support Request. -
Thank you for responding. During install of the Powernode the firmware was updated automatically.
The Volume-issue seems linked to my Bluesound Node: on the Node volume is set at 100%. The Powernode seems to copy settings from the Node (don't know how BluOS works: shared settings? copied settings?). I did not need to select a musicprovider (Tidal) and more in the BluOS App for the Powernode player, it was all present and ready to use. Volume 100% in the Powernode is of course destructive for loudspeakers. Reason for me to issue a 'red' flag...
