Lights not working
AnsweredAnybody else having this problem? I have two new nodes and one of them the lights don't work. The good one the lights work perfectly normal. If I walk up to it first thing in the morning and over my hand over it, the lights instantly wake up.
The other one the lights haven't worked for months but did work in the beginning. If I hard reboot it, 50% of the time the lights will come on, and 50% they won't. By the end of the day, the lights won't come on again until I reboot it (I'm thinking when it goes to sleep, but I haven't tested this).
And the touch panel is wanky too. The volume slider works quite poorly. I have to pound and slide several times. But my other node the slider works great as expected, and the lights always come on when a hand hovers. On the bad one, when the panel is black, I can still push certain buttons because I know where they are, but they respond hard. I have to tap really hard to play/pause.
Do I have a bad unit? I just did the latest firmware upgrade yesterday and behavior is the same.

In the BluOS App, check your Indicator Brightness and Proximity settings on that Player. If problems persist, please send our Support Crew a copy of the Player event log by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App
