    Please try changing the cable to ensure the cable is not defective. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew may review the player event log and troubleshoot further.

    Thanks Tony.  Like I said, I changed nothing in my system except moving the IC between the inputs.  The cable works on input 1, so the cable is not defective.

    Hi, I'd like to report I'm having the same issue. Both inputs have previously worked for analogue and digital. Now only input 1 is working, input 2 is not detecting cables I'm plugging in. The app is not showing the input either will log a support issue
